About the author
In almost 20 years of organisational consultancy Bruce has worked throughout the UK, Europe, Scandinavia, the Baltic States and the USA studying behavioural science and focusing on creating high performance in organisations and teams. His industry experience covers Media, Education, Government, Financial Services, IT, Professional Services and FMCG. For more than 15 years, Bruce has been designing and delivering improvement and development programmes for teams ranging from four to 400 in size in a wide range of private and public sector. He is a highly skilled consultant and facilitator, a qualified NLP Practitioner and a guest lecturer for the Graduate School, Roosevelt University, Chicago. He has a strong belief in working in partnership with clients and transferring knowledge to internal teams of consultants, enabling them to improve their performance.

Bruce and Gwyn Williams, founding Directors of ethos consulting, spend time participating in adventure challenges to raise money for good causes. In 2007, Bruce and Gwyn (along with friends and colleagues) raised £33,000 for SCOPE by white water rafting down the Zambezi River on an epic 7-day ‘Zambezi Blast!’.
