Rita is a Coach, Facilitator, Mediator and Trainer specialising in working with leaders and managers in a wide range of commercial, non-profit and public sector settings. Formerly a Chief Executive of a development agency in London Docklands she has held previous senior management roles in Regeneration, Training and Development. She utilises her skills and business acumen to assist contemporary managers build the capacity of their teams whilst managing change. She continually brings an in-depth understanding of people issues, the blocks to effectiveness and the impact of change that organisations face today.
