Julia Miller

About the author

Julia Miller started her management career within British Railways and after spending time as Station Manager moved into sales and account management in the freight railway before becoming a senior manager at Headquarters.  This gave her experience in managing sales teams across Europe.

She then became a self-employed consultant working on a range of projects before moving into the field of business psychology where she works closely with The Cognitive Fitness Consultancy and Consulting Tools, experts in the delivery of 360 degree tools based on clients’ own competency frameworks.
