Sample workshop agenda
The following is a model to help with workshop design.
This facilitated team-building workshop was designed to increase teamwork in a well-established work group. The promised outcomes were
- Development of team skills
- Skills in managing conflict
- Increased communication skills.
Outcomes were measured by
- Feedback from participants at the end of the workshop
- Assessment by manager and staff after two weeks to agreed criteria.

|10.30||Clarification and analysis of power relationships, leadership, roles and tasks; sharing strengths and weaknesses through self and peer assessment; identifying areas of agreement and differences in perception; participants are to choose an area needing improvement to work on and design a plan for this|
|12.30||Conflict management, including assertion skills, sharing feelings, and making requests and promises (using role plays)|
|2.00||Team exercise (building team and velocity)|
