Geoff Allan

About the author

Geoff Allan, MSc (Management), FRSA, MCMI, MRIN, is an NLP Master Practitioner whose consultancy Alterego uses the power of questions to bring about change for individuals and organisations.

He has a wide range of management and leadership experience, including stage management, 16 years as an RAF transport pilot and navigation school instructor, and 14 years in further education as Lecturer, Head of Faculty, and Vice Principal. Since 1995 he has been working with people in both the public and private sectors, facilitating change through a variety of question-based approaches such as coaching, appreciative inquiry, world cafe, and action learning sets. He is a member of the coaching faculty of the University of Surrey’s Leadership Academy, and is currently completing a D Phil at the University of Sussex where he is researching the importance of empathic agents in e-Learning simulations.
